NICOLE JOHÄNNTGEN saxophon

Saxophonist Nicole Johänntgen was born in Fischbach (D) on September 4 1981. She studied jazz saxophon and arrangement/composition at the “Mannheim university of music and performing arts”.

In 2005 she moved to Zurich, where she currently lives. Nicole works as a freelance musician inernationally. Her passion for music contains beside jazz also classic, rock and pop music. She was part of international projects like:

– International Association for Schools of Jazz” (IASJ, USA) – Sisters in Jazz” (IAJE, USA),
– European Swinging Youth Jazz Orchestra” (DK/D/IT)
– Indonesia Jazz Gunung Jazzfestival
