A program consisting of two world premieres for tenor and baritone saxophone commissioned by Joël Versavaud.

Biography

Concert artist and teacher (Marseille).
Dedicatee of about fifteen works, he has participated in numerous first performances
of contemporary scores and recorded Christian Lauba’s 9 Etudes for saxophones in 2000
and the album Mai solo (on the Maguelone label) in 2006. .
Seeking to broaden the saxophone repertoire in chamber music and works for
larger forces, he has collaborated with many ensembles like Ars Nova, Cbarré, Musicatreize, ECO (European Contemporary Orchestra), Stravinsky, Choeur Contemporain, …
Other records : “Bach-Un souffle continu” (2011), “Croquembouches” (2015).
He gives concerts and master classes in the United States, Japan, Canada, Lebanon, Tunisia and at festivals, universities and conservatories throughout Europe.
