World premiere performance by the Noffsinger/Richman/Feeney Trio of a new work for saxophone, viola, and percussion by Amir Zaheri.

Biography

Mr. Zaheri is a colleague of mine a the University of Alabama. He is composing the piece for me (saxophonist) and my friends Wendy Richman (violist), and Timothy Feeney (percussionist).

The Noffsinger/Richman/Feeney Trio is pleased to present the world premeire of a new work for saxophone, viola, and percussion by Amir Zaheri. All three performers have an ongoing commitment to new music. The Noffsinger/Weigel Duo will perform “Crow Wing” for Native American Flute and Alto Saxophone by James Demars.
